I got to build a relationship with this pep boys over the course of having my "problem car". The customer service was good, and the store is well laid out and organized.
What I like about this place is that they have help in the service area ready to help you with any questions from tires to windshield wipers. I went there for an oil filter and they matched up the exact model to my car.
